PT. Serumpun Indah Lestari was established in 1994, which was specialized in supplying the machines and spare parts for palm oil mill industries.
Our company is supported by worldwide principals from Malaysia, Singapore, United Kingdom, and Germany. Thanks to hard-working, great planning, high support and goals oriented of our team, our company has grown rapidly and become a quite well-known supplier for its good reputation of the machines amongst its competitors in palm oil industries. Along with the improvement and development of local economic growth in Indonesia, demand for goods is also increasing which affected our business and the demands for the machines and spare part. So, by 2004, we successfully constructed a warehouse and assembling plant in order to meet customers' demands of the products.

In the beginning of 2012, PT Serumpun Indah Lestari was successfully certified for ISO 9001:2008 of quality assurance, which proved that we are ready to increase our capability in all part of our facility, including the production, quality control, customer service, marketing strategy and technical back up.

Hammermill

DESCRIPTION
SIL HighSpeed Hammermill is a robust and heavy duty processing machine specially designed to handle EFB irrespective of its quality such as hard bunches.
The machine is designed for high capacity operation. EFB is fiberised into fibre strands in split second and discharged immediately. Rotating at high speed, the machine uses a rotor fitted with fixed or swing hammers to smash EFb against fixed baffle paltes strategically positioned at the housing

FEATURES

• Cast iron body frame. To ensure the rigid and solid construction to damp the operating noise level.
• Specially casted wear resistant ripple plates (homogeneous) to give maximum service life.
• The ripple plates are formed in three parts being interchangeable, and are mounted firmly on the support bracket by bolts and nuts (slot type).
• The design of the ripple plate assembly with swing type for quick removal and easy replacement of ripple plates in the field. Condition of the rotor and ripple plates also can be inspected at the same time.
• To remove the rotor for maintenance, only one of the main side covers to be opened.
• There are renewable wear plates on the side cover to protect the main side covers being abraded.
• Specially constructed rotor with back vanes on the side cover plates. The sweeping action of the back vanes when rotor rotating to avoid fibre and dirt being trapped and accumulated on the main side covers.
